  1. Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.
  2. Add lettuce, spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and pepperoncini. Toss to coat.
  3. Serve sprinkled with feta and sunflower seeds.
